Riker is a mobile fitness app that allows users to track their weight training workouts. It provides screens to allow you to input the reps you do in the gym, and provides charting of your data so that you can spot trends and optimize your training to achieve your desired goals.
Riker stores all the fitness data that you input locally on the device; it is not sent anywhere. Riker works 100% without an internet connection. Riker uses the data that you input to generate charts and graphs, allowing you to visualize your workouts, helping you to spot trends.
Optionally, on the Riker Android app, you can choose to enable Riker to sync your fitness data to Google Fit. Riker does not read any of your Google Fit data; Riker will only write the fitness data that you've inputted to Google Fit. This allows you to have your weight training data synced to Google Fit.
Optionally, on the Riker iOS app, you can choose to enable Riker to sync your fitness data to Apple Health. Riker does not read any of your Apple Health data; Riker will only write the fitness data that you've inputted to Apple Health. This allows you to have your weight training data synced to Apple Health.
Riker values your privacy. As stated above, your data is only stored on your device. There are no Riker servers. Google Fit and Apple Health are the only ways in which your Riker data could be shared.
